Happy Anniversary Jeremy and Lisa. It was 9 years ago today that I photographed my very first wedding.  The above photo was taken on B&W film with a borrowed camera. I had a blast that day and have been ever since. A lot has changed, but I still love capturing these types of moments. So today I am also celebrating the ninth anniversary of finding one of my loves… weddings.

Jimmy and Amber’s wedding was at Glassworks in downtown Louisville. They opted to go with a modern and thin Custom Designed Coffee Table Book. I love how it looks!

These just came in! Chris and Shannon’s albums just got here and I couldn’t wait to share them with you all. It’s so exciting each time a new album arrives. As I open the box I am hit with the pleasant aroma of the fresh leather. This gorgeous wedding album and matching engagement album are top quality all the way through.

The albums I offer my clients are fully customizable, from several cover options, down to every picture on every page. The flush mount pages make images run almost seamlessly on a full spread. Chris and Shannon chose silver embellishment to compliment one of their favorite images from the day on the cover. It really looks great on the smooth black genuine leather. There are not many situations when I would willingly confine myself to a 2 by 3 foot box… But this is one of them! One of my clients was able to get me a press pass for tonight’s Georgetown vs. Louisville game! I had a blast. Can you spot me in these next two photos from ESPN?

Notice the neon green hat Jameson picked out (knit by a good friend) … It seems as though Jameson does not approve of the hospital cap. After asking him many times to leave it alone, only to see him try to sneakily remove it minutes later, Leslie decided to let Jameson “pick out” another hat that he liked better… Well, since this one has crowned his little dome it has yet to be revoked!

Ahh that tasted good!  Can you see the milk on his face?
